Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across the Valley of the Sun
Every job we do is a roll-off: an open-top steel container that rolls off the back of the truck onto your driveway, lot or job site, sits there while you fill it, and rolls back on when you call. This page is about the box itself — the sizes, the weight, the space it needs and the price — for anyone who just wants to know what they are renting.
The yard is at 1575 E Jackson St, about a mile and a half east of downtown Phoenix, in the 85034 ZIP. I-10 runs east to Tempe and the East Valley and west to Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye; I-17 and SR-51 head north.

How a roll-off works
The truck backs in, tilts its bed and rolls the container off onto the spot you agreed. You load it over the open top, level with the top rail — never above it. An overfilled box cannot be tarped, and in Maricopa County a hauled load has to be tarped with at least three inches of freeboard. Call when it is done; the truck comes back, winches it on, tarps it and hauls it.
Space is the thing to check before you book: about 60 feet of straight, level run for the truck and 25 feet of overhead clearance. Low palm fronds, carports, power lines and tree branches are the usual obstacles.
What the flat price includes
Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup and disposal up to the stated tonnage. Most rentals typically land between $350 and $750, depending on the size, the material, the address, how long you keep it and the weight. Three things add to it: going over the included weight (charged per ton at the disposal rate — $55 a ton at the City of Phoenix transfer stations), keeping the container past the rental window, and banned items found in the load. We explain all three on the first call. No fuel surcharge. The quote on the phone is the price.

Roll-off rental across the Valley — where the loads go
Where a box tips depends on where the job is and what is in it. The City of Phoenix runs two public transfer stations — 27th Avenue (3060 S 27th Ave) and North Gateway (30205 N Black Canyon Hwy) — open Monday to Friday 5:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 6 am to 3 pm, at $55 a ton; its SR-85 landfill near Buckeye is not open to the public. Glendale's municipal landfill on W Glendale Ave takes construction and demolition debris at $55.58 a ton in 2026. East and north Valley loads have the Salt River Landfill and private transfer stations, which do not publish their gate rates. Phoenix and Glendale both refuse asbestos, and Phoenix charges $20 for an uncovered load. We price it flat either way.

Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
What is the difference between a roll-off and a regular dumpster?
A regular business dumpster is a front-load bin emptied on a route every week. A roll-off is a temporary open-top container delivered for a job and hauled away when you are done.
How full can I load it?
Level with the top rail. Overfilled boxes cannot legally or safely be transported, and the driver will have to leave it or ask you to unload some.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. Agree the spot with us in advance, keep it clear of cars and trailers, mark it with cones or tape if you like, and the driver sets it down. Same for pickup.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day in Phoenix and many nearby cities when you call before noon, depending on availability; next morning is more usual at the far edges of the Valley.
Does the City of Phoenix rent dumpsters too?
Yes, to its own residents with an active city services account: $165 a pull plus $55 a ton, 10, 20, 30 or 40 yards, up to 10 days. It is a fair deal. We are the option when you need it faster, want a 15, are a business, or the job is outside Phoenix.
What does a roll-off cost in Phoenix?
Most rentals typically run $350 to $750. You get a flat rate on the phone that covers delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage for the size you pick — 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Overage is per ton at the disposal rate. Call (602) 806-8650 with the address and what is going in and you will have a number before you hang up.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across the Valley of the Sun
We run roll-off containers out of the Jackson Street yard to every city and town below. Phoenix and the close-in cities are usually same-day; the edges of the Valley are often next-day. Most cities license the haulers that work inside their limits, and a few keep household trash for themselves — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
