Roll-off dumpster rental in Paradise Valley

Approx. 13 road miles north-east of the yard to Town Hall on Lincoln Drive, around 23 minutes — SR-51 north, then Lincoln Drive east.

Paradise Valley is SR-51 and Lincoln Drive from the yard, about 23 minutes, and same-day when you call before noon. It is a town of 12,251 by the Census Bureau's July 2025 estimate — 95% owner-occupied, with a median home value at the Census top code of $2,000,000-plus — so the work is remodels, teardowns and estate cleanouts.

There is no town trash service: each resident subscribes to one of six licensed private companies, and anyone hauling in town needs a town licence. The demolition rules are the ones that matter most for a container, and we set them out below.

Local knowledge

Getting our bearings in Paradise Valley

Knowing a city properly is the difference between covering it and showing up with the right box.

  • No town trash truck — "The Town does not provide solid waste and recycling collection"; residents choose from six licensed companies.
  • Collection days by area — east of Tatum and north of Lincoln on Monday and Thursday, west of Tatum and south of Lincoln on Tuesday and Friday, with haulers allowed only between 6 am and 6 pm.
  • Demolition debris has a clock — no more than 7 days on site after the work, unless it is inside a portable metal container, and then no more than 30 days (Town Code 5-8-5).
  • Hillside Development Area — hillside lots go through the Hillside Building Committee, with their own review fees.
  • Town Hall is at 6401 E Lincoln Dr, 480-948-7411; the town covers 15.38 square miles.

What comes out of Paradise Valley properties

Kitchen and bath remodels in 20s, teardowns, partial demolitions and estate cleanouts in 30s and 40s, and a 10 for rock, block and concrete. There is no town bulk pickup to fall back on — collection is private. Builders must remove all construction refuse within 5 working days of completion (8-3-14), and demolition debris has to be off the lot within 7 days or sit in a metal container for no more than 30 — so on a teardown, a container on day one and a swap schedule keep the job legal.

Permits, placement and who may haul in Paradise Valley

Who may haul — the rule that matters: Town Code 8-3-2(A) says collecting commercial and residential solid waste "shall only be done by a contractor licensed by the Town." The licence is $500 a year, July 1 to June 30, and 8-3-3 requires $2 million bodily-injury cover, $1 million property damage, $2 million auto liability and workers' compensation, with the town named as additional insured. We say this plainly: the town licenses haulers, so ask us to confirm our Paradise Valley licence before you book.

Demolition: any interior, exterior or partial demolition needs a town permit — $290 complete, $145 partial, plus plan check — along with a County-approved dust control plan, right-of-way photos and a bond. A Demolition Haul Permit is $110 per 100 cubic yards. Debris may stay on site no more than 7 days after the work unless it is in a portable metal container, and then no more than 30 days (5-8-5).

In the right-of-way: code 5-10-1 requires an encroachment permit from the Town Engineer. The Engineering Department's Right-of-Way Permit needs a $2 million certificate of insurance, a $2,000 refundable bond and the fee ($100 plus unit charges), and takes up to 10 business days — call 480-948-7411. No dumpster-specific rule was found. The driveway is much simpler.

How it works

Booking a dumpster in Paradise Valley

Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, rock or a tile roof, we say up front that weight decides the size.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver checks the spot and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, with boards under the rails if you want them. Same-day in Phoenix if you called before noon, depending on availability.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, fridges with the refrigerant still in them, and anything hot. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and dispose of it right

The load goes out tarped to a licensed transfer station or landfill, with metal, concrete and clean green waste recycled where the facility takes them. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local answers

Dumpster rental in Paradise Valley — common questions

Is Paradise Valley same-day?

Usually, yes — about 23 minutes up SR-51 and Lincoln Drive. Call (602) 806-8650 before noon.

Does Paradise Valley restrict who can supply a roll-off?

Yes. Only town-licensed contractors may haul there — $500 a year and $2 million of insurance. Ask us to confirm our licence when you book.

How long can demolition debris stay on my lot?

Seven days after the work, or up to 30 days if it is inside a metal container. A roll-off with a swap booked keeps you inside the rule.

Can a dumpster sit in the street in Paradise Valley?

Only with an Engineering right-of-way permit — $100 plus unit charges, a $2,000 bond, $2 million insurance and up to 10 business days. The driveway needs none of that.
