Roll-off dumpster rental in Buckeye
Approx. 38 road miles west of the yard to City Hall on East Monroe Avenue, around 50 minutes — straight out I-10, then Miller Road south.
Buckeye is the long run out I-10 — about 50 minutes to City Hall — and next morning as a rule. It is huge, 393 square miles in 2020, and growing fastest of the West Valley cities: 91,502 in 2020 to 125,445 by the Census Bureau's July 2025 estimate, up 37.1%.
The code is clear about haulers: anyone moving solid waste on Buckeye streets needs a City solid waste licence, and construction and demolition waste has to go through an authorized C&D hauler. We set it out below.
Local knowledge
Getting our bearings in Buckeye
Knowing a city properly is the difference between covering it and showing up with the right box.
- 393 square miles of land in 2020 — about 230 people per square mile, against roughly 4,000 in Glendale.
- Bulk is booked ahead — scheduled through Public Works, one 6 x 6 x 6 ft pile a collection, 20 cubic yards a household per fiscal year free (9-2-4).
- The City of Phoenix's SR-85 Landfill is in Buckeye, west of SR-85 and south of Patterson Road — but it is not open to the general public.
- Dust control rules in Article 9-9 cover air quality, surfaces and traffic — worth knowing on dirt and demo jobs.
- The City can run containers too — code 9-2-5 lets it provide container service to homes and businesses.
How we reach Buckeye

What comes out of Buckeye properties
Builder cleanup and new-home move-ins in 10s and 15s, landscaping, rock and dirt in 10s, and remodels and cleanouts in 20s and 30s. Construction and demolition waste may not go in City carts and must be removed through an authorized C&D contractor (9-1-14), and bulk stops at one 6 x 6 x 6 ft pile — so builders and remodelers need a container.

| 15 Yard Dumpster | about 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 4–5 pickup truck loads | 2–3 tons | Kitchen remodels, flooring and carpet tear-outs, fence and deck removal, landscaping refreshes, one big room or two small ones. |

Permits, placement and who may haul in Buckeye
Who may haul — the rule that matters: City Code 9-3-1 makes it unlawful to collect and transport any solid waste on a Buckeye street or alley without a City solid waste licence, and the code's definition of solid waste expressly includes construction and demolition waste. The licence needs a performance bond or insurance (9-3-3), and roll-off bodies must be painted and show the licensee's name and phone (9-3-6). The fee is set by Council and was not found. We say this plainly: the City licenses haulers, so ask us to confirm our Buckeye licence before you book.
In the street: code 19-2-2(B) bars any encroachment on a public right-of-way without an encroachment permit; a Class 1 minor encroachment permit (19-3-1) covers temporary, short-term encroachments. The fee was not found. The driveway or the site is simpler.
Summarized from the city's published code and web pages as read in October 2026. Codes change — confirm with the department listed before you rely on it.
How it works
Booking a dumpster in Buckeye
Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.
- 1
Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
- 2
We size it and quote it flat
You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, rock or a tile roof, we say up front that weight decides the size.
- 3
Delivered where you want it
The driver checks the spot and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, with boards under the rails if you want them. Same-day in Phoenix if you called before noon, depending on availability.
- 4
Load at your own pace
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, fridges with the refrigerant still in them, and anything hot. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
- 5
We haul it and dispose of it right
The load goes out tarped to a licensed transfer station or landfill, with metal, concrete and clean green waste recycled where the facility takes them. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Service area
Every city and town we cover
We run roll-off containers out of the Jackson Street yard to every city and town below. Phoenix and the close-in cities are usually same-day; the edges of the Valley are often next-day. Most cities license the haulers that work inside their limits, and a few keep household trash for themselves — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
