Roll-off dumpster rental in Glendale
Approx. 12 road miles north-west of the yard to City Hall on West Glendale Avenue, around 22 minutes — I-10 west, then Grand Avenue (US-60).
Glendale is I-10 and Grand Avenue from the yard, about 22 minutes, and same-day when you call before noon. It is a city of 260,572 by the Census Bureau's July 2025 estimate and the most built-up in the West Valley — roughly 4,000 people a square mile in 2020.
The City does almost everything itself, and its code says only the City provides solid waste service to homes. Business and construction work is open to permitted haulers. We explain plainly below what that means for a container at a house.

What comes out of Glendale properties
Remodels, roofs and commercial fit-outs in 15s, 20s and 30s, and a 10 for concrete, block and dirt. The City's monthly bulk pickup refuses soil, rock, gravel, concrete, shingles, bricks, block, drywall, tile, fiberglass, mortar and sod — the whole list of what comes out of a remodel. The landfill weighs heavy loads hard too: items 4 ft long or 2 ft across, concrete included, are charged at $155.58 a ton.

Permits, placement and who may haul in Glendale
Who may haul — the rule that matters: City Code 18-104(a) says "no person, other than the City shall conduct any solid waste management or recycling services for residential properties." Businesses may use a permitted third-party hauler (18-104(b)), and that permit (18-111) is a $2,200 cash surety plus $1,100 per vehicle a year, with City decals, covered open-top roll-offs (18-113) and the provider's name on every container (18-71(b)). Contractor and business jobs are the clear case. Homeowner roll-offs are a grey area under the code — call us before booking so we can confirm where your job stands.
In the street or right-of-way: code 30-102 bars depositing any material — including debris from a building — in a street, alley, sidewalk or right-of-way without a Construction Site Temporary Encroachment permit, valid 7 days or to a date the City sets. The fee amounts were not found. Keep the container on the driveway or the site.
Summarized from the city's published code and web pages as read in October 2026. Codes change — confirm with the department listed before you rely on it.
How it works
Booking a dumpster in Glendale
Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.
- 1
Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
- 2
We size it and quote it flat
You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, rock or a tile roof, we say up front that weight decides the size.
- 3
Delivered where you want it
The driver checks the spot and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, with boards under the rails if you want them. Same-day in Phoenix if you called before noon, depending on availability.
- 4
Load at your own pace
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, fridges with the refrigerant still in them, and anything hot. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
- 5
We haul it and dispose of it right
The load goes out tarped to a licensed transfer station or landfill, with metal, concrete and clean green waste recycled where the facility takes them. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local answers
Dumpster rental in Glendale — common questions
Is Glendale same-day?
Usually, yes — about 22 minutes via I-10 and Grand Avenue. Call (602) 806-8650 before noon.
Can I rent a dumpster for my house in Glendale?
The City code reserves residential solid waste service to the City, so homeowner roll-offs are a grey area. Call us first and we will confirm before booking. Contractor and business jobs are the clear case.
Can a dumpster sit in the street in Glendale?
Only under a Construction Site Temporary Encroachment permit, normally valid 7 days. The driveway or the job site is simpler.
Will Glendale bulk pickup take drywall or tile?
No — the monthly pickup refuses drywall, tile, concrete, shingles, bricks and dirt. That is container work.
Service area
Every city and town we cover
We run roll-off containers out of the Jackson Street yard to every city and town below. Phoenix and the close-in cities are usually same-day; the edges of the Valley are often next-day. Most cities license the haulers that work inside their limits, and a few keep household trash for themselves — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
