Nature of our service

Valley Wide Dumpster Service is a dumpster rental and referral service for homeowners, contractors, businesses and property managers in Phoenix and the surrounding Arizona communities. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider. We do not manufacture dumpsters or operate disposal facilities. When you request a quote or call (602) 806-8650, your information may be shared with a qualified provider who can fill the request. Each independent provider runs separately and is solely responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, operations, delivery and pickup, customer service, waste disposal and regulatory compliance.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, contacting us or scheduling a rental through us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you accept these terms, and that you will follow all local, state and federal laws that apply to dumpster use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

No guarantee of service

We do not guarantee service in every location or timeframe. Pricing, scheduling and container availability vary with demand and provider capacity, and all services depend on scheduling and equipment availability. Work done by an independent provider is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for disputes, delays, cancellations, damage or performance problems after a referral is made.

Information collection and sharing

When you contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email, project details and delivery address. We share it only with the local providers relevant to your request, to respond to it and coordinate the rental. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

We may give pricing directly or pass along pricing and availability from an independent provider. Pricing depends on the dumpster size, rental length, debris type, location and disposal fees; a flat-rate quote covers delivery, pickup, disposal within the included weight and the standard rental period, and an overage fee based on the disposal facility's weight charges may apply above that. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted, and payment is usually taken when the rental is scheduled. Where a third-party provider fulfils the rental, payment, final rental terms and billing are between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for pricing differences, billing disputes, refunds, overages, extra disposal fees, or schedule changes and cancellations.

Use of the container

Load the container level with the top edge — an overfilled container cannot legally or safely be transported — and keep the delivery area and the path to it clear. Do not place tires, lead-acid batteries, used oil or other liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks or gas cylinders, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, asbestos-containing material, or refrigerant appliances that have not been properly prepared in the container. Arizona law bans tires (A.R.S. 44-1304) and lead-acid batteries (A.R.S. 44-1322) from landfills. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, rock, brick and asphalt is subject to weight limits for safe transport.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway usually needs no permit. A container on a public street, sidewalk, alley or right-of-way may need the city's permit, and we can help explain the local requirements when you book. Independent providers are responsible for holding the licences, insurance and permits their own work requires.

Service provider responsibility

Independent providers must run their businesses in line with applicable laws, including proper licences and insurance, necessary permits, safe transport and delivery, local disposal rules, proper waste handling, and avoiding unnecessary property damage during delivery or pickup. We do not supervise or control their day-to-day operations and cannot guarantee their conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, Valley Wide Dumpster Service and its owners, affiliates, employees and partners are not liable for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, project delays, service interruptions, missed deliveries or pickups, disposal issues, or errors or omissions on this website. This applies whether services are provided directly or through an independent provider. Use of the site and the services is at your own discretion and risk.

No warranties

The website, referral services and information on it are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty about service availability, the accuracy of website information, the reliability of third-party providers, suitability for a particular project, or uninterrupted website function. Please confirm service details yourself before agreeing to a rental.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Wide Dumpster Service and its employees, affiliates, partners and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the website or our referral services, your dealings with independent providers, a breach of these terms, or improper dumpster use or prohibited waste disposal.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any legal dispute is handled exclusively in the appropriate courts in Maricopa County, Arizona. We may update these terms; the updated version is posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept it.
