Seventeen cities and towns and one yard in Phoenix. Here is every place we cover, grouped by part of the Valley, each with its own page on access, housing and what the city's own code says — including the cities that license their haulers and the ones that keep household trash for themselves.

We run roll-off containers out of 1575 E Jackson St, just east of downtown Phoenix, to every city and town below. Distance is the first thing that changes. Phoenix itself, plus Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Glendale 9 to 13 miles from the yard, are usually same-afternoon when you call before noon. Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Avondale and Goodyear are 16 to 22 miles out. Fountain Hills, Surprise, Cave Creek, Apache Junction, Queen Creek and Buckeye are 30 to 38 miles out and often next morning.
The second thing that changes is the law. Phoenix has no city hauler licence or franchise and handles street placement through a TRACS right-of-way permit. Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale, Paradise Valley and Buckeye license haulers, and Tempe and Scottsdale can impound or seize containers from haulers without a licence. Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Gilbert and Fountain Hills keep household trash for the city or its contractor, and their codes do not say plainly where a temporary roll-off at a house fits. Apache Junction is mostly in Pinal County, and Queen Creek straddles Maricopa and Pinal. Each town page quotes the section and gives the department to call. We would rather say it here than find out on delivery day.
The service area
The run splits naturally into three: central Phoenix and the close-in cities, the East Valley, and the West Valley and the north.
Phoenix itself and the first ring around the Jackson Street yard — Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Glendale, roughly 9 to 13 road miles out. Same-day when you call before noon.
Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Apache Junction and Fountain Hills, out I-10, US-60, Loop 202 and SR-87 — roughly 18 to 37 road miles. Next morning as a rule, often the same day when a truck is already heading east.
Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye out I-10, Grand Avenue and Loop 101, and Cave Creek up SR-51 — roughly 16 to 38 road miles. Next morning as a rule, often the same day.

Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Glendale are the most reliable when you call before noon. Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Avondale and Goodyear often are, depending on where the trucks are. The far edges are usually next morning.
Yes, call — Tolleson, Sun City and the places between our cities are inside our run. They just do not have their own pages yet.
Because most Valley cities have a code section requiring a hauler permit, licence or business licence to collect or haul waste inside their limits. We state what each city's code says and tell you where your job stands when you call.
The flat rate depends partly on the delivery address, so the far edges of the Valley can cost a little more — we say so up front. Where the load tips changes the overage rate per ton, and we say that too.
Yes — Apache Junction is mostly in Pinal County and part of Queen Creek is too, and both are on our list. Further out than that, call and we will tell you honestly.
