Valley Wide Dumpster Service runs out of a yard at 1575 E Jackson St, just east of downtown Phoenix. The reason we exist is simple: renting a dumpster here too often meant late deliveries, hidden fees and poor communication from big national companies. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone rather than a call center.
The Valley is a region of very different jobs. The pre-war streets in central Phoenix's historic districts get kitchens, roofs and full gut jobs; the subdivisions in Gilbert, Queen Creek, Surprise and Buckeye get backyard redos and first remodels; Tempe turns over rentals; and every monsoon season decides whose yard gets cleared. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that Phoenix bulk trash will not take concrete, rock, roofing or heavy building debris, and that a tile roof is a weight job, not a volume job.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of monsoon limbs and palm fronds or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (602) 806-8650 and describe it in a sentence.
Services
Seven service lines out of one Phoenix yard. Same containers, same flat pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.

How it works
Most bookings take under five minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, rock or a tile roof, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver checks the spot and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, with boards under the rails if you want them. Same-day in Phoenix if you called before noon, depending on availability.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, fridges with the refrigerant still in them, and anything hot. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
The load goes out tarped to a licensed transfer station or landfill, with metal, concrete and clean green waste recycled where the facility takes them. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which central Phoenix drives the big truck fits down, which cities license the haulers working inside their limits, which ones keep household trash for themselves, and that the City of Phoenix transfer stations close at 3 on a Saturday and all day Sunday.
Our service area page lists every city and town we cover, grouped by part of the Valley, and each has its own page covering access, housing and what that city's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us
The phone rings in Phoenix. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a Willo bungalow driveway and a Cave Creek dirt road, and how long the I-10 run to Buckeye takes.
Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. No fuel surcharge. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call before noon and most Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Glendale orders can go out the same afternoon, depending on availability. Buckeye, Queen Creek and Apache Junction are more often next morning — said honestly, in advance.
Boards under the rails when you ask, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, a low carport or a dirt road needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up pool deck, that is what we will quote you.
Monsoon storms, dust storms and summer heat. We queue honestly after a storm, run early-morning drops when it is hot, and tell you where you are in the line.

Credentials
Plain, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Licensed and insured, with experienced local drivers. Ask when you book if your property manager, general contractor or HOA needs paperwork.
The yard is at 1575 E Jackson St, Phoenix 85034. The number on this page reaches it, not an answering service in another state.
Seventeen cities and towns, from Buckeye to Apache Junction and up to Cave Creek. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.
Arizona law keeps tires and car batteries out of landfills, federal law wants refrigerant recovered from fridges and A/C units, and the County wants hauled loads tarped. We keep those out of the box, recycle what the facilities take, and say so.
Guides
Sizing math, Phoenix permits, what a dumpster really costs here, what can and cannot go in, and monsoon debris — the things that cost money when you get them wrong.
Sizing
Quick answer: a 20 yard fits most Phoenix remodels and cleanouts. How to pick between 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards by volume, weight and driveway space — and why the city bulk day will not take the job.
Read the guidePermits
No Phoenix permit on your driveway; a right-of-way permit in the street. Across the 17 cities we serve, the rules run from a County hauler permit to city licences, $2,000 bonds and container seizures. Every city, from its own code.
Read the guideCost
Phoenix-area dumpster rentals generally run about $350–$750. What is inside that number — the $55-a-ton tip fee, the weight allowance, the days — what the cities charge for their own roll-offs, and the permit fees that are and are not published.

We run roll-off containers out of the Jackson Street yard to every city and town below. Phoenix and the close-in cities are usually same-day; the edges of the Valley are often next-day. Most cities license the haulers that work inside their limits, and a few keep household trash for themselves — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
Answers
Most rentals typically run $350 to $750, depending on the size, the material, the address, how long you keep it and the weight. You get one flat rate on the phone that includes delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage — 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight is charged per ton at the disposal rate ($55 a ton at the City of Phoenix transfer stations), and extra days are a daily rate. Call (602) 806-8650 for a firm number for your address.
In Phoenix and the close-in cities, a call before noon is usually an afternoon delivery, depending on availability. Buckeye, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Cave Creek, Surprise and Fountain Hills are 30 to 38 miles out and more often next morning. We tell you which when you call.
We found no City of Phoenix permit for a container on your own driveway or private property. In a street, lane or sidewalk, Street Transportation's Right-of-Way Management Office (602-262-6235) issues a TRACS restriction permit: allow two business days for a partial or sidewalk restriction and three for a full closure, and keep a 36-inch walkway open on a sidewalk. Other cities differ — Scottsdale names roll-off dumpsters in its right-of-way permit, Chandler charges $315 for a traffic control permit. Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.
Tires and car batteries (Arizona law bans them from landfills), used oil and other liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, pool chemicals, medical waste and asbestos. Fridges, freezers and A/C units only with the refrigerant professionally recovered. And nothing hot — no ashes or coals. Household hazardous waste goes to your city's program instead.
A loaded roll-off is heavy. Ask for boards under the rails and the driver puts them down. He will tell you before delivery if a surface needs something more — fresh pavers, a cracked slab or soft ground.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. A kitchen is a 15, a whole-house cleanout a 20, a renovation to the studs a 30, and broken-up concrete or landscape rock a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — seventeen cities and towns from Buckeye in the west to Apache Junction in the east and Cave Creek in the north. Most of them license haulers, and a few keep household trash for the city; each town page quotes what that city's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.
Monsoon season — roughly July to September — and the weeks after a big storm are the busiest. In summer, ask for an early-morning drop. For a planned remodel, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it.
